Reporting a new Bug

• Short but informative headline, including a description of the issue.
• What? – What has happened with the application?
• How? – What did you click/do to produce the bug?
• List the steps you took to reproduce the bug? Be specific.
• Use clarity. Succinct bullet points are helpful.
• When did you first notice the bug?
• Where? – Where exactly did you find the bug? Describe your environment. (Product, Software Version, Hardware)
• Can the bug be reproduced over and over or only sporadically?
• How frequently does the bug surface? If you can't reproduce the bug 100% of the time, indicate how often you can reproduce it (For instance, 3 of every 10 attempts).
• What are the error messages that you are receiving?
• Is there any other relevant error information to report?
• Include proof of concept (video, image, log, etc.) with your report.
• State how the bug has affected your expected results. Include any suggestions that you feel could potentially fix the bug.

What you can expect from us:

• A timely response to your email.
• This email can include questions to help the investigation of the problem.
• Notification for new patches and fixes if wanted.
